Hi there! My name is Kristin, and I am passionate about helping people - especially moms! - reclaim their health.
I started my health journey a few years ago when I was at my heaviest. After a family Christmas photo that I could barely stand to look at, I knew something had to change. I was tired of dreading clothes shopping and avoiding cameras.
With a healthy meal plan in place, my own supportive health coach, and making myself define my WHY, I lost the weight and gained my life back.
